In March 2025, representatives from several offline maternity and baby retail partners—including Dengkang Baby from Yunnan, Aiyingbao from Jiujiang and Jinyaolan from Lu’an—visited BIBAbebe’s self-owned diaper factory in Changxing, Huzhou.

During the visits, the retail partners hosted factory-traceability livestreams, offering consumers a closer and more transparent look at how BIBAbebe diapers are manufactured and how product quality is managed throughout the production process.

A Closer Look at Intelligent Manufacturing

The visiting teams received a warm welcome from BIBAbebe. Guided by the factory’s management team, they entered the production area and observed each stage of manufacturing, from raw-material selection and production to quality inspection and final delivery.

During the livestreams, visitors gained firsthand insight into the factory’s high level of automation and intelligent manufacturing. Its advanced production equipment, carefully managed processes and rigorous quality-control system left a strong impression on the retail partners.

Quality Control at Every Stage

The raw materials used in BIBAbebe diapers are sourced from selected suppliers around the world. Each material undergoes multiple rounds of screening and testing to help ensure product quality and safety.

BIBAbebe uses high-precision, fully automated production lines to minimize manual intervention. This approach not only improves production efficiency but also helps reduce quality fluctuations that may result from human factors.

The company has also established a three-level quality-control system covering raw materials, production processes and finished products. Through comprehensive inspection and management at every stage, BIBAbebe works to ensure that every diaper meets applicable national standards as well as consumers’ expectations.

Technology Designed for Comfort and Performance

During the factory tour, the retail partners learned more about the breathability, absorbency and softness of BIBAbebe diapers.

To improve breathability, BIBAbebe’s research and development team established its own Air Lab and developed OVS Breathable Technology. For absorbency, the company uses an in-line composite absorbent core structure, helping make its diapers thinner and lighter while delivering strong absorption performance. Soft, skin-friendly topsheet materials are also selected to provide babies with a comfortable wearing experience.

These product technologies reflect BIBAbebe’s continuous investment in research, material selection and manufacturing processes, with the goal of delivering reliable care for babies and greater reassurance for families.

Building Confidence Through Transparency

The factory visits strengthened the retail partners’ confidence in the quality of BIBAbebe diapers. Through the livestreams, consumers were also able to see the production environment and quality-control processes in a more direct and transparent way.

BIBAbebe remains committed to long-term development and to maintaining strict safety standards for baby care products. By opening its factory to retail partners and consumers, the brand once again demonstrated its professional, rigorous and responsible approach to product manufacturing.

Moving Forward Together

Looking ahead, BIBAbebe will continue to uphold its principles of “Quality First, Safety Above All,” while improving its products and services to bring safer and more comfortable maternal and baby care experiences to families.

More retail partners will be invited to visit BIBAbebe’s open factory and use livestreams to learn about the manufacturing process behind different products. BIBAbebe will also continue strengthening cooperation with its retail partners and working together with the industry to support the healthy development of the maternal and baby care market.
